In the Studio: Busy Busy Busy

I have been back a week now and in the studio virtually every moment. You see I am frantically meeting my own deadline (Monday!) to make stock to get in three Galleries. It begs the question: what came first the work or the gallery? Sure, you can see if a gallery will take your wares without ample stock but where does that leave you when they want 20 something? Or visa a versa you can make and make and see who will have you. I’ve gone for a bit of both. But why Monday? You see Tuesday I leave for a month-long adventure Cross Canada Gallery Tour with an old NSCAD chum of mine. to scope out future spots. I have even started firing in a friends large kiln as well as me own to meet this deadline! Here are some studio shots that show what I can’t say.
